Property Accounting

The owner and founder of the business, Richard Fry, is a Chartered Accountant ensuring that our financial operations and controls set the standard for industry professionalism. We pride ourselves on our detailed financial reporting and producing management reports which are clearly set out and easy to understand. Certified service charge accounts are produced within the statutory limits and circulated to landlords and lessees. Our management accounts include expenditure vs. budget reports highlighting over and under spend.

We have a track record of being able to reduce annual service charge expenditure in blocks that we have taken over, saving our clients, in some cases, more than our annual management fee.
